Introduction
Lakeside is a newly built, first level apartment situated on a farm on the outskirts of the picturesque rural village of Peterston-super-Ely. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, but if you have any queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.
Pre-arrival

Bookings/enquiries can be made with Wales Cottages online, via email, fax or telephone. The nearest bus stop is approximately 0.5 miles. The nearest main train station is at Cardiff, approximately 9 miles away.There are accessible taxis at the station. The nearest airport is Cardiff/Wales at Rhoose, approximately 8 miles away. Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
There is a car parking area with room for up to three cars. There is no on road parking. The car parking area is level and gravelled.
The entrance to Lakeside has no steps and is suitable for wheelchair access. There are double doors leading into the kitchen.
Car park is approximately 15 metres away from the entrance. The parking area is lit by an outside light. The outside light in the porch is switched on from just inside the double entrance doors, but will be switched on prior to your arrival. Keys will be left in the door if you are arriving late at night. We live in the adjoining farmhouse , so would normally be available to welcome you.
General Information
There is a secure storage area to the left of the entrance, suitable for muddy boots, golf clubs etc. Inside the entrance there are coat hooks, and an area for shoes etc. The kitchen leads into the living area, off which are two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. The front bedroom is slightly larger, and has a wet-room with shower, suitable for disabled use. Heating is electric radiators throughout. Lakeside is non-smoking throughout. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Kitchen.
The flooring is natural stone tiles. There is a breakfast bar with six bar stools. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, singe oven , grill and hob. The kitchen is lit by spotlight bulbs. Smoke alarm fitted.
Living Room.
Dining tables and six chairs. Leather corner settee, seating six. Low energy lighting. The TV stands on a six drawer chest unit. TV has built in DVD player, freeview. Wi fi access.
Bedroom.
Has a double bed, Non feather duvets and pillows provided. Double wardrobe with clothes hangers. Full length mirror, tall chest of drawers, with mirror, bedside tables, bedside lamps.
Bathroom
Wet room with electric shower, basin with mirrored cabinet above, shaver point, toilet seat height, bath mat, towels provided
Bedroom.
Double bed, non feather duvets and pillows provided, single wardrobe with mirrored door, clothes hangers, tall chest of drawers, with mirror, bedside tables, bedside lamps
